Happy Friday! Yay, it's the weekend! This week flew by! Today, I am sharing the five high points of my week.
1. The Five Minute Friday prompt for today is collect:
I have thousands of pictures on my phone. I am taking pictures all the time because I want to remember. I want to remember what it looked like at the beach last year, or what I did at Disney World, etc.
Some people might say that I collect pictures, but rather, I say that I collect memories.
2. I mentioned last week that I had a few things planned for the weekend. My weekend was pretty low key with a friend's soccer game Friday night, lunch and football with friends Saturday afternoon, and a fun party on Saturday night. Relaxed weekends are literally the best!
3. We had revival at our church this Sunday-Wednesday. I sang for three of the five services. I feel most comfortable on stage. I love singing and worshiping freely.
The services were so great and I know that everyone who attended was revived and refreshed in one way or another. Each of the services were so amazing and God moved in mighty ways.
4. Let's talk TV. I have heard so many good things about This Is Us, but I haven't decided if I am going to watch it or not. What are your thoughts? Have you seen This Is Us? Is it good? The show that I am loving right now is Chesapeake Shores. It is so good! Sunday is the last episode of this season. I always can't wait for the next episode.
5. This week, I published two posts:

September PopSugar Must Have Box Review
Happy Wednesday! I received the September PopSugar Must Have box #MustHaveBox and I am super excited to review it for y'all today!
This is my first PopSugar Must Have Box. It is a monthly subscription box with over $100 worth of merchandise in each box, costing $39.95.
Let's get to the awesome products!
1. Jack & Lucy Bicoastal Wide Brim Hat | $58
I have never been much of a hat person, however, I am kind of liking this one. I love that it is adjustable! I am going to try and wear this hat with some super cute fall outfits!
2. NCLA Mani-ER Tool Kit | $16
I was actually super excited to see this in the box because I am constantly in need to nail supplies when I am out. So, I plan to throw this in my purse to have whenever I need it.
3. Briogio Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask | $36
Since I have curly hair, my hair is prone to dryness. I know I am going to use this mask so many times during these coming fall and winter months. I love that is has no sulfates, silicones, or parabens. Also, it smells amazing!
4. Flint Lint Roller | $9.99
When I saw this in the box, I literally screamed. I mean, how convenient is a retractable lint roller that is small enough to fit in your purse?! The other day, I walked out of the house with a TON of dog hair all over my black shirt. Unfortunately, I didn't have a lint roller handy, so I had to go out looking like a dog groomer. I am going to use this SO MUCH.
5. Smith & Cult Lip Lacquer in The Warning | $22
First off, I love the sleek gold packaging. Secondly, I love the scent! It is a super light vanilla scent. The red color is super pretty and it is not too bright. It also has little flecks of gold glitter that give it a super pretty, non-sticky shine.
6. The Gluten Free Bites Dark Chocolate Coconut Bites | $4.99
These were so yummy! I tend to eat gluten free and sugar free, so I was super excited when these came! I loved the chocolate coconut flavor. I do think they could be a little sweeter, but they were not all that bad.
Overall, I loved this box! Also, there is a coupon that never expires for $5 off your FIRST Must Have Box! The code is SHOP5.
Disclaimer: POPSUGAR sent me this Must Have Box to try, however, all opinions are my own. #sponsored

How to Dress Like Fall When It's Still Hot Outside & Grace + Lace Link Up
Happy Monday! I hope your weekend was really great! Mine was lovely!
Thursday was the first day of fall. It seems like everyone, myself included, is super excited. But, the weather isn't all too excited. Lately, it has been in the high 80's and 90's. I don't know about you, but to me, that's not fall weather. I don't think it's got the memo yet.
I have been trying to find ways to dress like fall without being too hot. Here are 5 ways to do just that.
1. Wear Fall Colors
I am such a big fall colors fan. I can't ever get enough of the rich jewel tones that come with fall. Some colors that are big this fall are olive, mustard, pumpkin, blush, burgundy, and grey. By wearing these {and other} fall colors, you can easily transform your outfit to look like fall with having to wear a scarf and sweater.
I shared 4 fabulous colors for fall {and some super cute shoppable pieces in those colors} >>here<<.
2. Light Layers
Layers that are light and breezy are perfect for when it's blazing outside, but you want to look like fall. Wearing light layers gives the appearance of a fall outfit, but keeps you cool during those still hot days.
3. Vests
Vests are a super great example of light layers above. Because vests don't cover your arms, they keep you so much cooler than a sweater or jacket. Here are a few super cute vest options:
4. Textures
Wearing clothes that have sweater-like textures, are quilted, etc., make it appear like your outfit is fall without feeling super hot.
5. Fall Shoes
Another awesome way to dress like fall even when it still feels like summer is to pull out your flats and booties. I love the look of booties with dresses, and leopard flats go with everything. Below are a few great fall shoes options:
What are your strategies to dressing like fall while it's still hot?

High Five for Friday {Vacation Recap + Outfits}
Happy Friday, y'all! I hope your week was amazing! I am sharing the five high points of my week!
1. The prompt for Five Minute Friday today is five:
Five loaves and two fish. The small means that Jesus had to feed five thousand men, not to mention the ladies and children.
But Jesus didn't need any more. He didn't have to have 6 loaves and 3 fish. No, He only needed what the boy had given him.
The boy gave to Jesus all that he had. And it was enough.
2. Last weekend, I got back from a week long vacation at James Island, South Carolina. It was super fun and refreshing! We went to the Tanger outlets in Charleston, and I purchased a few things from Old Navy Outlet, which are super great additions to my closet and will be shown in some upcoming blog posts! Here are a few pictures from the week {watch out for a photo overload}
3. On Wednesday, I received the September PopSugar Must Have box for a fun collaboration opportunity. I am so loving all of the items in the box, and I can't wait to share with y'all my review!!
4. On Wednesday and Thursday, I wore some super cute outfits that I want to share with you guys:
5. I have some super fun things planned for this weekend like a soccer game, a party, and our church is having Revival next week. :) Also, I want to thank Nina from A World of Dresses for allowing to to guest post! You can read my post about fall colors >>here<<

We saw 6 starfish out laying in the sand, so of course we had to save them! Unfortunately, one of them was already dead. :(

My 8 All Time Favorite Makeup Products
Happy Wednesday! Everyone has those products that they just can't live without. Today, I am sharing eight of my all time favorite makeup products.
1. e.l.f. Powder Blush Palette in Light
I received this blush palette from a special offer that e.l.f. was running. I had been wanting to get some more blushes, but I hadn't yet, so it was perfect timing. It has 3 matte shades and one shimmer shade. The three matte shades are a Barbie pink, an orange color, and a mauve-y pink. The shimmer shade is a deep coral and it is my favorite. These blushes are super pigmented and blendable, also.
2. Makeup Revolution Vivid Shimmer Brick in Radiant
I use this shimmer brick as a highlighter--I just use the top to lightest shades--but it can be used as a bronzer or eyeshadow as well. It is super sparkly, so I just use a little bit which makes it last really long. With all of the shades in one, it can be used so many ways.
3. e.l.f. Cool Bronzer
This bronzer is exceptional because it has four colors all together. I usually just swirl my brush in and pick up all of the colors, however, it is super easy to just get a couple or even one of the colors. It can also be used as eyeshadow which is an added plus.
4. e.l.f. Beautifully Bare Satin Lipstick in Touch of Berry
I have never been a lipstick person because lipsticks have always been dry and way too bright for me. But, this lipstick feels like butter. I'm telling you, it's so smooth! Also, the color is pigmented, but not overpowering or too bright. It's literally the perfect lipstick.
5. e.l.f. Lip Exfoliater in Mint Maniac
My lips are prone to get dry. When I found this lip exfoliator, I knew I had to get it! It works so well and I love the mint scent/flavor! It's also super convenient that it is in lipstick form.
6. Makeup Revolution Essential Mattes Redemption Eyeshadow Palette
This eyeshadow palette is so amazing! All of the colors are matte and are super pigmented, blendable, and they don't crease at all and last FOREVER!
7. ULTA Super Blender Sponge
I have wanted a beauty blender for some time because they make it so much easier to apply makeup. ULTA has a line of blender sponges and they work so well! They are super spongy and soft!
8. e.l.f. Mineral Infused Mascara in Black
THIS MASCARA! I love this mascara so much because it doesn't clump at all! It is super easy to apply, and doesn't smell weird. The only thing is that I wish it came in brown or at least a brownish black because it looks more natural on blondes like myself.

Lilly Pulitzer + White After Labor Day & Grace + Lace Link Up
Happy Monday! Last Monday, I left for a week long vacation to James Island, SC which is super close to Charleston. Coming back home on Saturday, I didn't have much time to comment and engage, but I will get to it! :) I will talk more about my vacation on Friday, but today, I have an outfit post and a brand new link up for y'all!
There are two kinds of people in the world: those that follow fashion rules and those that don't. I am the latter. There is one fashion rule that I absolutely always break. That rule is: no white after Labor Day. I break that rule with enthusiasm.
Also, how adorable is my Essie top from Lilly Pulitzer?! It's my first Lilly item, and I can't enough of it!
What fashion rules (if any) do you break? Do you wear white after Labor Day?
See where I link up here.
Now onto the link up!
1. Amy from Amy's Creative Pursuits linked up this post of a super cute dress that is perfect for fall. I also LOVE her shoes!
2. Last week, I wore an outfit with grey, my chambray shirt, and sneakers, and Shea from Shea Lennon wore a super similar outfit as well. I loved the way it looked on her and she was literally glowing in the pictures. Also, she shared a few other ways to wear a chambray shirt that are just as cute.

How to Create an Instagram-Worthy Marble Photo Backdrop in 5 Easy Steps
Happy Wednesday! The other day, I shared on my InstaStory that I was making a marble photo backdrop for all of my blog and Instagram photos. Today, I am going to share with you how I made it so that you can make it too!
Supplies:
-foam board. {I got mine at Wal-Mart for $2.96}
-scissors
-marble contact paper
-an old card
1. Unroll your contact paper and measure how much you need.
2. Cut your contact paper to the length you measured above. Mine had grid lines which was super helpful. Also, this contact paper is like a German company, and the language is so weird! Haha!
3. Carefully place the paper on the board. Start really slowly because once it is stuck it's stuck.
4. Smooth out the wrinkles and bubbles with an old gift card.
5. Ta-da! It's finished! My foam board was white on the other side, so mine is double sided!
So, are you gonna go out and buy supplies to make this, or what?
See where I link up here.
