Happy Tuesday!! I hope your Monday wasn't too horrible. Mine started out a little shaky, but by the grace of God, it got a whole lot better. Today I am co-hosting Bloggers Who Have Inspired Me Link Up for Rachel, and I am sharing with you a couple of ways that I have worn my new military style jacket. Side note: this particular jacket is out of stock, but I added a couple of jackets that are very similar below.
ONE
Outfit details:
For this first outfit, I added a bright coral top and leopard flats to my military jacket. The bright coral really pops against and brightens the olive of the cargo jacket. Using bright coral is a little unexpected, and I like that. Add your favorite flats and your good to go.
Other colors that are unexpected and will pop against the military style jacket are: canary yellow, turquoise blue, watermelon, orange, and medium lavender.
TWO
Outfit details:
For this outfit, I chose to go with less color. I love how the charcoal grey looks with the olive of the jacket. Add a beautiful pop of periwinkle, and you have a gorgeous color combination. This outfit just screams fall to me. I don't know what it is, but monochromatic looks with hardly any color are my favorites right now.
What about you? How would you wear a military style jacket?

Meet your guest co-host Sarah of mybowsandclothes.blogspot.com blog.
Hi! I am Sarah, and I blog over at Bows and Clothes. I blog mostly about style, but with a little bit of life and beauty sprinkled in. I am a Christian. I like fashion, reading, crafting, looking pretty, and girly things like bows and ruffles. I enjoy cooking, and listening to and playing music. I believe that being yourself is vital and that everyone is special and has a purpose. I also believe that a new pair of shoes is always a confidence booster. Blogging is a way for me to give inspiration; whether that inspiration is style, beauty, or just plain ol' inspiration. I would love it if you would stop by! Now on to the featured five from last week and link up:
Ana's look is perfect for a date night, I just adore this sweater dress on her and reminisced to my sweater dress days. See look here.
I have been learning a lot about braids and since getting my hair makeover I needed more ideas for braids and loved the photos and video tutorial that Carly posted on creating this Double Dutch Braid. Check the video out here.
Happy Birthday to Monica! This post celebrates not only her birthday but everyone and thing that she is thankful for. I love how she is thankful of things past and present I would have never thought could shape and mold us to be better but Monica sure touches on the subject here.
Ann posted on how we must view ourselves for who we are and what we love noting that she (and we) can be insecure but need to realize we are what we are and should appreciate that. I love her confidence and thoughts in this post as she always goes in to how much she loves fashion, style and even her shoes and whole look here. Be encouraged here.
Recently I got a manicure and was pleased to find out how much I love O.P.I nail polish (psst I am wearing O,P.I in this outfit shot today). Thanks Ingrid for offering your suggestions and review of each color you tried. See her post here.
